Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of EchoRanked (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use EchoRanked on behalf of a company, you agree on that company's behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so.

The service

EchoRanked measures how AI answer engines cite and rank your brand, tracks competitors, analyzes your website's readiness for AI crawlers, records AI-referred traffic to your site, and generates content recommendations and drafts to improve your visibility. How we measure — sampling, confidence bands, and measurement surfaces — is described on our methodology page.

Accounts and teams

You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done under your account. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Plans include a limited number of team seats; teammates you invite act under your account and these terms.

Plans, fees, and quotas

EchoRanked is offered in paid tiers — currently Starter ($29/month), Pro ($99/month), and Business ($249/month). Each tier includes usage quotas such as tracked prompts, scan frequency, engines, projects, seats, and analytics events, and we may enforce those quotas technically. Fees are billed in advance through our payment processor and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices or plan contents with reasonable advance notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

Your content and data

You own your website content, brand information, knowledge sources, and the content EchoRanked generates for you. You grant us the license needed to process this material to provide the service — crawling your site, sending your prompts and brand context to AI providers, storing results, and rendering your dashboards. We claim no other rights in it. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

The tracker

If you install the EchoRanked tracker on a website, you confirm you have the right to do so, and you are responsible for any notices or disclosures to your visitors that applicable law requires. The tracker's data practices are described in the privacy policy.

Authorized access to your site

You authorize EchoRanked's crawlers and browser agents to access the websites you add to the service, and you confirm you own those sites or have permission to have them analyzed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• add websites or brands to the service that you have no right to analyze;
• circumvent plan quotas, probe or disrupt the service, or access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide;
• use the content generation features to produce unlawful, deceptive, or infringing material;
• resell or white-label the service without our written agreement; or
• reverse engineer the service except where the law permits it.

AI outputs and measurements

AI engines are not deterministic. Our visibility numbers are sampled estimates published with confidence bands and measurement-surface tags, not guarantees of how any engine will answer a given user. Content drafts and recommendations are generated by AI and may contain errors — review them before publishing; you are responsible for what you publish. We do not guarantee that using EchoRanked will improve your ranking or citations in any AI product.

Third-party services

The service depends on third-party AI engines and data providers we do not control. Their availability, behavior, and terms can change without notice, and some measurements may be temporarily unavailable as a result. Your use of your own accounts with third parties (for example, Google Search Console) remains governed by their terms.

Intellectual property

The EchoRanked software, brand, and site content are ours or our licensors'. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription; they transfer no other rights.

Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service, with notice where practicable. On termination your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data; and our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will update the date at the top and announce material changes in the product or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EchoRanked's operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms? Email [email protected].
